Judith "Judy" Santiago

With a heart for service and a passion for empowering others, Judy Santiago brings decades of experience in both healthcare and financial services. She began her career as a Registered Nurse, dedicating 19 years to oncology nursing before making a pivotal career shift in 1996 into financial services. She obtained licenses in Life, Health, Series 6, 63, 53, and 26, and as an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ), she oversaw and mentored 150 agents in the industry.
In 2005, Judy took on a new challenge by founding and serving as the CEO of her own Home Health Nursing Agency, successfully running it until 2014. Her leadership in healthcare gave her deep insights into the financial and medical needs of aging individuals, leading her to return to financial services with a focus on Medicare sales. Recognizing the complexities and challenges seniors face, she established her own Medicare Agency, expanding her services to include:
